This video is a group of therapists and authors talking about healthy habits during the coronavirus.  It’s full of really helpful and practical ways to thrive during this season.

It’s not too late to sign up for tonight’s teaching. This is for anyone who is experiencing anxiety, frustration, fear, or stress related to all the changes we are experiencing.

This class, led by Psychotherapist, Kara Logan MA LPC-MHSP, LADAC, will be an interactive class where she will share some information, tips, breathing techniques, and other coping skills to navigate this difficult time. There will be plenty of time for questions. Most of the techniques taught can be used by children and teens as well.
