Vineyard Church made major strides in 2019 to increase the funds and stabilize the finances of the church. There was much work done to lower expenses and raise giving this year – both of which were accomplished which has allowed us to put more money towards the many ministries of our church! We still hope and pray for giving to increase in 2020 so that we may fund more ministries, offer our staff a salary that is closer to the national averages for their position, and purchase and improve capital assets (which will allow for a greater impact on our communities). Below you will find some of the income totals from ministries within Vineyard Church and a few totals of how your giving was utilized.

2 Unique Venues
Worshiping in multiple venues, allows us to empower new leaders, start new expressions of the Body of Christ, develop a collaborative network of unity and support, and pave the way for future growth.
Each Venue is a distinct local community with its own leadership, story, and cultural aesthetics. We share vision, core values, missional efforts, best practices and many resources through a central governance that provides structure, direction and support. Each venue is encouraged to contextualize and invent, tailoring ministry efforts around their unique congregations and communities.
We take financial stewardship seriously! Our financial board is comprised of faithful and qualified leaders who carefully and prayerfully govern our church's finances. We're proud of how we allocate our finances, and believe that God is leading us in wisdom.
We don't tolerate secrets, so we operate with full transparency. If you have any questions about how we spend money or make decisions, we really do want you to ask! Please feel free to email for more information.
If I give a dollar to the general fund, where does it go?
We maintain a minumum of 3 months operating expenses in reserves at all times, in addition to savings at each of the venues, Missions, and Central Services.

Employing the Disciple Making Movements (DMM) model we’re reaching thousands of people in places like Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Haiti, and here locally. Through prayer, persons of peace (Luke 10:5-6) are discovered and coached to not only become followers of Jesus, but to make followers of Jesus in their own communities. We're celebrating how fruitful this approach has been as we are now making progress in reaching a third unreached people group in West Africa, with several other unreached groups being targeted for 2020. Meanwhile in Haiti, churches continue to multiply, the children at the Freedom House are thriving, and the Abercrombies have launched Access Health Alliance as their ministry reach continues to grow. In 2019, through budget allocations and additional gifts we supported our missions efforts with:

Must Have Gifts
We encourage you to give generously as the Lord is leading you. The Bible gives us tithing (giving 10% of our income) as a template, and also makes it clear that the Holy Spirit will direct us in how we give. Please prayerfully consider giving to the ministries of Vineyard Church.
If you haven't already, consider setting up a recurring gift, so that you can most easily give consistently as you intend.
We take Christian community seriously! If Vineyard Church is your home, it's a powerful step to acknowledge that.
We encourage people in our church to commit to engaging fully in our community. We revisit these commitments once a year to keep them fresh in our minds. To see this explained more fully, and to have an opportunity to opt in visit...
