Philippians 4:6-7, NLT
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
In Person Services Canceled Through MARCH
This has been a difficult decision. We love what God does in the room when we meet together. But after consulting with medical professionals, our friends in other churches, and hearing our Governor's strong recommendations, we believe this is both wise and appropriate. We deeply love our city--that’s why we meet! Under these circumstances, however, we can serve our city best by not meeting.
Please visit vineyardchurch.info Sunday morning! Resources for worshiping on your own (including music, a video message, announcements, a place for prayer requests to be shared, and giving) will be made available.
Looking ahead, we will continue to monitor the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19 (coronavirus). Any new information will be carefully considered. Follow us on Facebook (Maryville, Springbrook) and Instagram (Maryville, Springbrook) for additional resources and updates in the coming days.
As we consider how to love our city well, be reminded of what we ask of the Lord every time we gather:
Make us your hands: generous and compassionate.
Make us your feet: valiant and steady.
In service to you and all you’ve created,
Give us love greater than fear.
To make sure you’re up to date on any changes that may be implemented, text ‘springbrook’ or ‘maryville’ to 97000.
Please be intentional about sharing the hope of Jesus during this time, and not to add to panic. Join us in praying for God’s protection for all, his mercy to those who are suffering, his wisdom to public officials, his strength and protection to medical professionals. Lord, let your Kingdom come!
Isaiah 28:16, NIV
So this is what the Sovereign Lord says:
“See, I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone,
a precious cornerstone for a sure foundation;
the one who relies on it
will never be stricken with panic.
